Abstract

In this chapter, Ad Aertsen describes his joint work with his postdoc advisor and, later on his colleague, George Gerstein, on designing and applying methods for characterizing the dynamics of spike train correlations and neuronal interactions (Joint-PSTH, gravitational clustering) and their dependence on sensory stimuli and behavior.
