Abstract

Pathology in Pediatric Orthopedics generally follows a familiar timeline during development, and it is useful to know the range of common conditions that can afflict at a certain age when examining a child. Another useful way of approaching this is using the age-old “surgical sieve” in grouping them as follows. The “trauma” section of the surgical sieve is substantial hence beyond the remit of this chapter.
