Abstract
Coronavirus Lost and Found (pandemicarchive.com) is an online public archive where anyone can log anything they’ve lost or found as a result of the pandemic. With over 220 distinctive entries from writers across the country and the world, the archive serves as a candid, diverse, and accessible record of lived experiences during the pandemic. This article explores the potential uses of Coronavirus Lost and Found and a lost/found framing of pandemic stories in trauma-informed classrooms. Resonating with the trauma-informed teaching principles of voice, empowerment, support, connection, and growth, Coronavirus Lost and Found is an invitation for students and teachers to reflect on their own experiences, to grieve the things they have lost, and to recognize the many ways they have learned to sustain themselves and others through an exceedingly difficult time.
