Abstract
This case describes the contribution of [18F]FDG PET-CT for the diagnosis and follow-up of Hashimoto’s encephalopathy in a patient with neurological acute symptoms in the context of thyroiditis. While brain MRI was normal, an encephalitis pattern was revealed in PET and was reversible after thyroidectomy.
