Abstract

In order to solve the adverse effects caused by excessive amplitude of suspension current in MPCI method, a solution of midpoint injection of bilateral current method is proposed. On the basis of introducing the principle of radial suspension force generated by bilateral injection of midpoint current in bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor, the mathematical model of radial suspension force is derived. Through Maxwell finite element analysis software, the distribution of air gap magnetic density of bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor with midpoint injection under current excitation in static field is analyzed; The law of radial controllable magnetic suspension force changing with magnetic suspension current is analyzed, and the suspension force produced by injecting unilateral and bilateral suspension current into the midpoint is compared and analyzed; The law of unilateral magnetic pull force changing with eccentric distance is analyzed; The mathematical model of radial suspension force is verified and corrected, and the experimental results verify the correctness of the calculation results of Ansys software.
