Abstract

Investment activities of Russian companies are exposed to constant risks due to economic instability, inflation, foreign economic factors and insufficient own funds. As part of the company’s business processes, investment activities also require new approaches in the context of increasingly updated innovative processes. The article considers approaches to the evaluation of investment projects and investment policy in general. The need to use heuristic methods in evaluating the effectiveness of projects is considered. The procedure for evaluation of the company’s investment activity effectiveness is proposed.
