Abstract

This article introduces the design of a multi-head fully automatic plug-in machine control system design based on special-shaped components. The control system software is written in the LabVIEW environment, which can realize automatic feeding, automatic loading and unloading and transportation of PCB boards, plug-in detection, and bent pins. Functions to meet the needs of machine debugging and plug-in processing. The main content of the research is based on the LabVIEW 2018 environment development workbench's zero return, parking, and plug-in shift functions. The workbench movement is driven by a servo system, controlled by a motion control card, and coordinated with machine vision positioning technology to achieve fast and accurate plugin.
