Abstract
Patient experience is one of the most important aspects of health care. Your clinical acumen is important, but the impression you leave on your patients is equally important. Therefore it is essential to get feedback from patients and take steps to address this feedback. Several vendors are available who can streamline the process, but they may come at a steep price.
