In a qualitative content analysis of live experiences of 20 HR managers from 20 MNCs, the results provide the basis for understanding the impact of social media networking sites for recruitment and selection trends of MNCs. Results also catalog the different types of social media used by MNC subsidiaries as their source of recruitment and selection of potential employees. Additionally, the results highlight the merits as well as the demerits of digitally mediated social media recruitment and selection sites of MNCs. The chapter concludes that social media networking sites create the dynamics of multiple channels of dialog and platforms of communication between employers and prospective employees during the recruitment process.
