Abstract

In the past few years, many traffic accidents have been occurred directly related to the quality of training. That reasons reflected in the weakness of the driver when handling, identifying situations, through the attitude of disregarding life of passengers and traffic participants. The training process of driving in establishments has many shortcomings, even violating regulations in training activities, reducing practice programs…so Decree 138/2018/ND-CP of government has born to ensure good training of drivers, in this Decree, it is required that driver training centers must equip with more equipment to simulate 3D driver training to lift Highly effective in reviewing and practicing students’ driving skills, however, the cost for each driving simulator is high. The article introduces readers to the simulation device application besides training domestic and foreign drivers, thereby proceeding to design and manufacture 3D driving training simulator for digging process. This model was made with reasonable prices to satisfy the driver training and economic situation in Vietnam.
