Abstract
Due to the rapid development of information technology (IT), E-government has become a popular issue all over the world. E-government system has also become the standard to comparing the technical development background of many countries around the world. Keeping up with the trend, Vietnam Government has been focusing on developing E-Government system for years and E-government has become one of the most important priorities. Compared to Vietnam, which is at the beginning stage, Korean E-Government is one of the top systems in the E-Government World Ranking. Based on Hofstede’s National Culture theory, this study finds the difference of E-government system/service between Vietnam and Korea under the evaluations of citizens.
