Abstract
Integration should be seen as a strategic alliance of enterprises that allows participants to strengthen their competitive position and gain financial and other advantages of business development. If we look at integration as a specific project, a set of organizational and economically specialized measures, it can become a more purposeful and efficient process. This specialization is very important, given that integrated companies do not stop their current activities in the process of change. In the process of integration, both costs and results are considered, regardless of the measurement methods. Thus, in the process of integration, the scale of business changes, it is necessary to find a balanced compatibility of relative and absolute indicators when creating a system of evaluation indicators. The advantage of the fuzzy logic approach is that their time limits are defined, which allows the time intervals of the efficiency calculation to be accurately determined. Considering the integration process as an object, it is expedient to assess the effectiveness of this object on the basis of fuzzy logic, both at the stage of decision-making on its realization and at the stage of evaluation of the obtained results. In addition, the assessment should be based on both the position of each participant and the synergistic effect obtained. Thus, different degrees of efficiency in the evaluation process were considered on the basis of fuzzy logic, and calculations were performed in the Fuzzy section of the Matlab program.
