Abstract

The work is devoted to the development of methodological and instrumental tools for information and analytical support of management of large-scale regional socio-economic systems. The authors consider the architecture of the decision support system in the field of personnel security of a regional production cluster. The mining and chemical cluster of the Murmansk region was taken as an example of such a cluster. The proposed system has a three-level structure and is implemented as a multi-agent network-centric virtual environment focused on solving heterogeneous problems of personnel support for the production cluster. The overall scheme of the system operation is based on the joint use of previously proven different approaches and methods to manage complex systems. The article provides a formal description of the system architecture and a detailed algorithmic description of some stages of the system operation.
