Abstract
Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma is a vascular tumor of intermediate malignant behavior. It is also known as Kaposi-like hemangioendothelioma. Although still often classified as separate nosological entities, kaposiform hemangioendothelioma and tufted hemangioma are becoming increasingly recognized as a spectrum of the same pathology.
