Abstract
E-mental health is a growing field in Psychiatry to improve access to care. In particular, the number of mobile apps developed for mental health is increasing at an accelerating rate. This results in difficulty keeping pace with the apps available in terms of evaluation for clinical purposes. The purpose of this chapter is to illustrate the current landscape of mobile mental health apps and provide guidance for clinicians to utilize e-mental health most effectively for their clients.
