Abstract

This article offers a review of the technical and systematic literature for inventory systems of the supply chain. The review has a special focus on agribusiness, with the aim of developing a classification framework grouping the models by similar characteristics. In addition, it provides an overview of the definition of Supply Chain Management synthesizes and assembles the numerous strategies and inventory models used in supply chain for which the scope of the paper study is included.
