Abstract
This article discusses the synthesis of algorithms for fuzzy control of the polymer temperature during its extrusion in a worm extruder based on the classical principle of deviation control and fuzzy control algorithm. The complexity of building control algorithms based on the analytical model of this process is shown. To obtain a mathematical model of the fuzzy control algorithm, basic term sets of input and output variables are introduced, and a fuzzy inference system based on fuzzy linguistic statements in the form ā\( \beta_{i} \,it\,is\,\tau_{Ti} \)ā is used. The base of temperature control rules is written in the form of a multidimensional matrix \( \left\| {L_{iklr} } \right\| \), which ensures sufficient efficiency of the control process. A block diagram of the developed system based on the principle of deviation control is given.
