Abstract

With the promotion of the concept of continuable evolution and the increasing purchasing power of cars, people’s demand for NEVs is growing. Driven by the low-carbon economy, more and more enterprises begin to increase the manufacture of NEVs, and the output of NEVs is also increasing, gradually developing into a large-scale industrial manufacture model. At present, many enterprises begin to introduce robot technique into the technical manufacture of NEVs. However, due to the large investment in the early stage of robot technique, many enterprises dare not try it rashly. Therefore, robot technique has not been widely used in the industrial manufacture of NEVs. The goal of this paper is to realize the comprehensive application of robot technique in the manufacture of new energy automobile engineering by studying the role of robot technique in the manufacture of new energy automobile engineering. This paper first summarizes the concept and progress of NEVs and industrial robots, and then analyzes the main problems of robot technique in the automotive engineering. Finally, the application and function of robot technique in NEVs are analyzed. The experiments in this paper show that robot technique can be applied to all aspects of new energy automobile engineering and plays an important role in its industrial manufacture.
