Abstract
Dupuytren’s disease is a fascinating clinical condition with an interesting history and causative pathological theories. It is a common condition in the orthopedic office and presents challenging treatment options. Treated with skill in a timely manner gives good outcomes. However, if not treated properly, especially the advanced cases can result in major disability. This chapter gives an overview of trigger finger and thumb problems and osteoarthritis of the small joints of hand.
