Abstract

The paper studies the formation of digital constitution as a research direction in the Russian constitutional and legal science, which main components are studying the constitutional foundations of the digital economy, provision of human rights and liberties in the conditions of the information society, and transformation of the role of state and its institutes in the conditions of digitization.
