Abstract
Mobility services include transport services and additional services, which are related to passenger journeys. This paper presents a study which combines the analysis of the varying mobility services in mobility service diaries with the journey characteristics duration, motivation and familiarity. Based on first results, hypotheses about the influences of the individual journey characteristics on the use of different mobility service types are derived. These results support the user-oriented development of adaptive mobility information platforms.
