Abstract
Head and neck cancer care requires a multidisciplinary approach including the incorporation of experts who manage psychological and psychosocial needs. This chapter endeavors to illustrate the benefit of such incorporation as well as describing roles of the other team members and the settings in which they interact, including the tumor board. Multidisciplinary care barriers and strategies are discussed including physical limitations and access to coverage.
