Abstract

The article reflects the reasons why organization design and leadership for enterprises in whatever industry and of whichever, size and maturity state, have to include the very real, tangible and concrete aspect of architecture now more so than ever. Architecture provides orientation and reflects the company’s DNA with the described three pillars. Architecture is a main factor in transformations—not merely a negligible or onerous task to be considered but rather a high-priority long-term important one. Beyond the interests of the pure enterprise, some major topics facing mankind were tackled such as how to save the environment, how to promote health and well-being and how to support education. Architecture is a key science and profession that gives answers to the question of how we want to live tomorrow in general, not only in our working environment.
