Abstract
Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS) is a rare DNA repair disorder characterized by microcephaly and immunodeficiency
NBS occurs predominantly in patients of Slavic origin
Patients with NBS are radiosensitive and predisposed to hematological malignancies
