Abstract

This chapter features an interview with an abbot of a Benedictine monastery in Canada. He has been a participant of a leadership course. In the following years he sent several monks from his monastery to such a course. He reflects in this chapter on the impact of the leadership training on his monastery.

This interview was conducted by Prof. em. Dr. Günter Müller-Stewens on the 18th of March 2018.
