Abstract

The paper outlines the history and further development of our demonstrator, draws the connection between classical and future production and shows novel approaches from process data to self-optimization with focus on product quality. A focus will be laid on data analysis and the steps from process data to knowledge of the product quality. Furthermore, an assistance system named QS-Services is presented to support the user in understanding process data for quality assurance in industry 4.0.
