Abstract
For excellent governance of cities and to better manage floods, 3D simulation of flood zones, allows city managers to consider upstream a plan to prevent any risk that may come from floods To avoid the limitation of cartographic representations in two dimensions, we will build from geographic coordinates obtained from Google MAP API [1] a three-dimensional models of a given zone with a web-compatible visualization. Our approach is based on three steps: Data collection, 3D processing and modeling, the visualization of 3D flooding, and finally analysis. Two simulations, for the same region, with a rainfall that attains two water levels 1 and 3 m.
