Abstract
The paper discusses how active deployment of modern networks in Industry 4.0 stimulates the further development of the novel software technologies for IoT, Fog Computing and Robotics. Such novel applications and mobile apps operate nowadays on advanced hardware and software platforms. The approaches to their development are often aimed on productive and energy-efficient Cloud and Fog co-operation scenarios. The important paradigms and relevant approaches for development of so-called novel SLMA (Server-Less Mobile Apps) have been discussed. An overview of the up-to-date robotics applications and platforms was given. The existing platforms and frameworks for their development are considered as well as analysis of the properties of the future robot platforms is offered. The specials kind of the advanced web apps, so-called PWA (Progressive Web Apps) are suitable for the purpose of spared data use, autonomous access and participation on clouds, increasing of performance, fault tolerance, as well as of online activity of the users.
