Abstract
The management of tumors of the central nervous system remains one of the most challenging issues in pediatric oncology. The aim of this book is to provide an update on the significant advances in pediatric neurooncology during the recent years, in particular with the increasing contribution of molecular biology and genomic studies that are transforming the management of these tumors. There is no doubt that the future of this discipline relies on a multidisciplinary approach and a biology-driven strategy.
