Abstract
The possibilities for scripting in FileMaker are numerous. There are over 160 script steps that are used to create scripts to perform just about any database task you can imagine. There is no way to exhaustively cover these all in a single chapter or even an entire book. Most steps have a corresponding menu function and should therefore be intuitively accessible with a relative minimum of experimentation.
