Abstract

Originated in World War II expansion of training and exercise to physical activity as the main carrier, team organization, the active form of the game, increasingly popular in the world. The introduction of physical education in colleges and universities to expand sport, to improve students’ psychological problems, students team spirit, enhance physical fitness of students, improve their overall quality has important application value.
