Abstract
The chapters in this book are ordered roughly by starting with experiment related questions, followed by studies on unicellular organisms and animal models. Then they address numerous human health related issues and finish with topics that require a systems approach. Chapters are chosen to be complimentary in their focus; some introduce a particular technology, others a new concept, and many a specific biological or biomedical application. In the following we introduce the content of these chapters to the reader, and why they have been selected to be covered in this book.
