Abstract

Granuloma faciale (GF) is an uncommon form of chronic leukocytoclastic vasculitis that is often treatment-resistant. A wide variety of treatment modalities have been tested. Cryosurgery appears to be a safe, effective, and inexpensive treatment option for this condition.
