Abstract

One skin tag removal option is cryosurgery. Not all lesions that look like a skin tag are one; on rare occasions it is appropriate to send a fleshy, soft, pedunculated lesion for biopsy. Most acrochordons can be snipped, electrodesiccated, or lasered.
