Abstract
It’s time for some engineering… for a Pressurised Water Reactor (PWR) that ‘thing you put your reactor in’ is called the ‘Primary Circuit’. It’s sometimes also called the ‘Reactor Coolant System’ because that’s what it does—it contains the cooling water that transports heat away from the reactor.
