Zusammenfassung

Das diabetische Fußsyndrom (DFS) ist ein herausragendes Problem unter den Komplikationen des Diabetes. Es ist keine klassische Spätkomplikation, sondern kommt bereits bei neu diagnostizierten Typ-2-Diabetikern gehäuft vor. Das diabetische Fußsyndrom ist eine klassische interdisziplinäre Erkrankung, bei dem verschiedene medizinische Fachdisziplinen und Assistenzberufe mit eingebunden sein müssen.
