Abstract
The effect of surface particle migration between different surface patches on the distribution of the catalytic activity of patches of a linearly inhomogenous surface has been studied. It has been shown that the diffusion can result in an equilibrium distribution of particles Aads on the surface patches and, therefore, shift of the “control band” and significant change of the reaction rate.
