Lipids publishes high-quality peer-reviewed papers and invited reviews in the disciplines that contribute to lipid research, including chemistry, biochemistry, clinical nutrition, and metabolism. In addition, Lipids publishes papers establishing novel methods for addressing research questions in the field of lipid research. Lipids is published in partnership with the American Oil Chemists’ Society. AOCS offers a forum for the exchange of ideas, information, and experience among its members and others with a professional interest in the science and technology of fats, oils, surfactants, detergents, and related materials.
