The journal Human Evolution publishes original articles dealing with all aspects of human evolution and the physical and social evolution of non-human primates. The journal integrates the many disciplines involved in the study of human evolution, and reflects current interest in molecular evolution and genetics as well as paleontology, taxonomy and phylogeny. The journal publishes single-topic special issues. Also included are research reports, letters to the editor, book reviews, abstracts and informal communications examining all the disciplines involved, reflecting the current state of knowledge in human evolution.
