Tropical Animal Health and Production - Tropical Animal Health and Production to accept manuscripts from the 8th All Africa Conference on Animal Agriculture (AACAA8)

Neuer Inhalt

Climate change, Covid-19, animal diseases, and other challenges have weakened Africa's food production capacity, particularly in livestock farming. Environmental campaigns against meat production add to the problem. Inter-African trade in animal products is also lacking, and localized cattle rustling can fuel conflicts and spread diseases.  The 8th All Africa Conference in Animal Agriculture (this opens in a new tab) aims to address these challenges and propose sustainable solutions through research and international collaboration.

Researchers who have innovative solutions and insights related to sustainable African animal agriculture are encouraged to submit their work to the special issue on 'Sustainable African Animal Agriculture: Challenges and Future Prospects'
