International Journal of Asian Management
The International Journal of Asian Management is an official publication of the International Federation of East Asian Management Association (IFEAMA). The journal provides a forum for IFEAMA members to publish their original work and advance our understanding of Asian management theory and practice. The journal also welcomes contributions from non-members.
Using a variety of perspectives, the journal explores current and prospective capabilities of Asian management. Moreover, it encourages examinations of management development processes, focusing on structures and functions in a global managerial environment.
