Analysis of three-dimensional flow in high-speed pump centrifugal impeller

Abstract

Relations for calculating a shear flow in the centrifugal impeller channels are presented. The results of three-dimensional flow visualization in the centrifugal forces field show a satisfactory agreement with calculation data within a wide range of centrifugal pump design and operational parameters.
