Key Messages
Pure form of primary gastric choriocarcinoma (PGC) is very rare. Usually, it is difficult to diagnose PGC by endoscopic biopsy. We highlight the importance of early diagnosis by endoscopic biopsy and recent shift in the management of PGC from primary chemotherapy to early surgery.
