One episode of paroxysmal sympathetic hyperactivity is demonstrated, with pearls of sweat over the face and dripping from chest and arms. Marked tachycardia is noted on the cardiac monitor, blood pressure did rise later and most of these episodes were associated with fever (MPG 10264 kb)
