Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über ein 2-1/2-jähriges schwarzafrikanisches Mädchen, bei dem als Ursache einer urogenitalen Blutung die Diagnose eines Urethralprolapses gestellt wurde. Unter konservativer Therapie zeigte sich eine rasche und vollständige Rückbildung des Schleimhautvorfalls der Urethra.

Abstract

We report the case of a 2 1/2-year-old female infant of African descent with urogenital bleeding which could be diagnosed as an urethral prolapse. Conservative therapy resulted in a rapid and complete involution of the mucosal prolapse of the urethra.
