Granular cell myoblastoma of the trachea

Abstract

Granular cell myoblastoma is a benign tumor of mesenchymal cells related to nervous tissue. The head and neck region is often involved. An endo tracheal lesion is discovered in a six year old girl with intermittent wheezing, pneumonia and a histologically similar subcutaneous tumor.
