Summary
Forty-two patients with lumbar spinal stenosis are presented. The clinical syndromes associated with this relatively common condition, the myelographic features, and the results of surgical treatment in 23 patients are briefly discussed.

Présentation de 42 cas de sténose du canal lombaire. Les signes cliniques associés à cette affection relativement fréquente, les caractéristiques myélographiques et les résultats du traitement chirurgical chez 23 malades sont brièvement discutés.
