With big cysts quite commonly there is a shoulder attachment towards the right side of the cyst which needs to be separated. This is the area where one can come across any aberrant ducts and should be careful dissected. This dissection will give clear circumferential view of the duct at porta and transaction can be done without injuring any important structure.
