Abstract
The advancements of spine deformity correction in this century include 3D understanding and evolution of surgical instruments and implants. The most advanced technique recently is robot-assisted orthopedics technique, which can accurately locate and control the direction of the insertion of screws in real time during the operation so as to reduce deviations caused by the surgeon’s hand, especially in cases of severe deformity. Related surgical strategy and technical tips are described in this chapter.
