Abstract
This chapter aims to inform Child-Centred Disaster Risk Reduction (CCDRR) policy by adopting a child-centred research approach with children in one village in East Lombok, exploring children’s experiences of earthquakes. The chapter highlights the importance of participatory research with children to understand the impacts of natural disasters on their lives and the life of their community, and to inform future policy and post-disaster planning.
